Condensation Cure Pad Printing Silicone Rubber is applicable to produce printing pads, mainly used for

printing the irregular patterns on plastic toys, electroplating products, electronic toys, trademarks, etc.

The silicone pad is a carrier which transfers the patterns from the steel plate onto the product’s surface. It has the

advantage of good printing effects, fine quality, good resilience and without any impurity.

Operation Instruction of Condensation Cure Pad Printing Silicone Rubber

1) Firstly, prepare all the necessary tools ,like the pad mold, a cup used for mixing, a glass stick, a wooden board

with several holds and the size should be the same as the pad

2)Secondly, clean the original mold with detergent, then dry the water of the mold with dry towels or air gun.

3)Adjust the ratio between the silicon rubber and silicon oil according to the customer’s requirement. If customers

want to print large patterns, soft silicon pad is needed and more silicon oil should be added. Otherwise, hard silicone

pad is needed, less or none silicone oil should be added. In general, the silicone pad with 15-25 shore A is most suitable.

4)Weight the silicon and catalyst exactly based on the ratio of 100:2(by weight).

5)Pour the catalyst into the silicone rubber and stir it evenly.

6)Vacuum pumping to de-air. The time is around 3-5 mins.

7)Pour the silicone rubber into the glass mold or crystal mold, after 30 minutes, when the silicone rubber became sticky,

put the wood board on the silicone rubber.

8)4-6 hours later, the silicone is cured completely. Take out silicone pad from the mold and the printing pad is completed.

Pad Printing Silicone Base is available in 5kg, 20kg, 25kg and 200kg containers. Curing agent is available in 0.25kg, 1kg,

5kg and 25kg container.

 

Shelf Life of Condensation Cure Pad Printing Silicone Rubber

Twelve (12) months from date of shipment when stored at 24℃ in original unopened packages.
