How to Use
1. Prepare the height increasing insole prototype and mold frame, clean and dry the prototype to remove all dust and oil stains to ensure mold precision.
2. Mix component A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly for 23 minutes until the mixture is uniform in color without stratification.
3. Perform vacuum defoaming on the mixed silicone for 25 minutes, adjust the time according to the actual silicone viscosity and weight.
4. Pour the defoamed silicone evenly into the mold frame, avoid air bubbles at the key thickness parts of the height increasing insole prototype.
5. Cure at room temperature for 45 hours or heat at 80120°C for 3060 minutes until the silicone is fully solidified.
6. Gently demold the cured mold and trim the excess silicone to get the finished height increasing insole mold.
