Step 1: Thoroughly clean all tools to avoid contact with condensation silicone residues that may cause curing failure.
Step 2: Mix A and B components in a strict 1:1 ratio and stir evenly, with customizable color matching as required.
Step 3: Perform vacuum degassing on the mixed silicone to remove air bubbles for smooth molding.
Step 4: Pour the degassed silicone into the mold and choose room temperature curing or 80120°C heating curing according to production efficiency.
Step 5: Demold after full curing to obtain the finished silicone product with high simulation performance.
