As FDA-certified Food grade mold silicone and Human Body Silicone, it’s non-toxic, odorless, ultra-soft and skin-friendly. This liquid silicone supports customization of hardness, viscosity and color, with long shelf life and durability, ideal for manufacturing breast care products and medical pads.

This specialized silicone is engineered for breast care applications, a two-component Liquid silicone rubber designed for female breast pad production. As a low-hardness, ultra-soft silicone gel, it’s also known as breast pad silicone gel and solid silicone rubber (for body contact). It is a viscous colloid in its raw state, and cures into a soft elastic material when mixed with curing agent, featuring excellent skin-friendliness and breathability, becoming the core raw material for high-quality breast care products.

How to Use & Precautions

Steps:

1. Stir Part A and B thoroughly in their respective containers.

2. Mix A/B at 1:1 ratio evenly.

3. Degas at 0.01MPa for 5 mins if needed, then pour.

4. Cure at room temp (8H) or 80-100℃ (20 mins); extend time for thick applications.

Precautions: Clean tools used for condensation silicone; don’t add colors/powders before testing; follow mixing ratio strictly; store away from water and水剂 products.
