Product Summary
HONG YE SILICONE’s Human Body Silicone Designed for Humanoid Robots is a high-end Addition Curing Silicone, also called robot silicone and Skin Like Silicone. Made of two flowable liquid components (A&B), it features skin-like softness, excellent elasticity and durability, passing FDA and SGS certifications. Specially designed for humanoid robot skin and human-like shape manufacturing, it supports room-temperature or heated curing, with customizable hardness and color, helping manufacturers create more realistic and high-performance humanoid robots.
Product Overview
Our Human Body Silicone Designed for Humanoid Robots is a professional Platinum cured mold silicone, developed exclusively for humanoid robot manufacturing. As a premium liquid silicone, it consists of two flowable A&B components, without limitations on shape and thickness. It can be cured at room temperature or quickly cured by heating, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs for robot manufacturers, making it an ideal raw material for high-quality humanoid robot skin.

Product Features & Advantages
As a food-grade human body silicone, it is eco-friendly, non-toxic and odorless, passing FDA and SGS certifications, safe for long-term human contact. Its skin-like touch, excellent elasticity and non-deformation performance solve the problem of rigid and unrealistic appearance of traditional metal/plastic humanoid robots, enhancing the user experience of robot products.
Compared with ordinary silicone, our addition curing silicone has outstanding physiological inertness and chemical stability, resisting water, ozone and weather aging. It also has low linear shrinkage, no corrosion and easy operation, suitable for precise molding of robot sensitive parts (such as fingers for touch signal transmission). Its flexible curing methods and strong customization ability further meet high-standard manufacturing needs of humanoid robots.
Application Scenarios
This versatile robot silicone is mainly used for manufacturing skin and human-like shapes of humanoid robots, including concierge robots, service robots and household robots, especially for sensitive parts that require touch feedback. It is also applicable to human prosthetics, simulated human models, Life Casting Silicone products, food molds and other flexible silicone products, bringing diverse value to your production line.
Usage Instructions
Mix component A and component B in a 1:1 ratio evenly, then pour into molds after vacuum defoaming. Operation time depends on ambient temperature (0.5-3 hours), and curing time is 12-24 hours at room temperature; heating at 80-120℃ can shorten curing time to tens of minutes. For room-temperature fast-drying type, operation time is less than 20 minutes, and curing time is 1 hour.
Certifications & Compliance
Our human body silicone strictly complies with international industry standards, passing FDA (food-grade safety certification) and SGS (quality testing certification). It is eco-friendly, non-toxic and odorless, fully meeting the import requirements of global markets, helping you smoothly enter international robot manufacturing markets without compliance worries.
Customization Options
To meet diverse manufacturing needs of humanoid robots, we provide comprehensive customization services, including hardness adjustment (to match human skin), skin tone and color matching, viscosity modification and curing speed optimization, tailoring the product to your specific production process and robot appearance requirements.
FAQ
Q1: Why does the silicone fail to cure? A1: It is addition curing silicone, so ensure all tools are clean and free from condensation curing silicone residues, water, impurities or sulfur/phosphorus/nitrogen-containing substances, which will affect curing.
Q2: Will incorrect mixing ratio affect product performance? A2: Yes. Please strictly follow the 1:1 mixing ratio of A and B components; incorrect ratio will lead to hardness deviation and poor elasticity of robot skin.
Q3: Can we add color or powder to the silicone by ourselves? A3: Do not add any color or powder randomly before testing, as it may cause catalyst failure and prevent curing. We offer professional color customization to match your needs.
