It is important to note that we only produce Silicone raw materials (Liquid silicone rubber), not finished prosthetics. Composed of two flowable liquid components (A/B), it can be cured at room temperature or rapidly cured by heating. Before curing, it is a viscous colloidal liquid; after vulcanization with curing agent, it becomes a soft elastic material, enabling prosthetics to have human-like softness, skin tone and touch.

Usage Instructions

Mix component A and component B in a 1:1 ratio evenly, then pour into molds after vacuum defoaming. Operation time depends on temperature, generally 30 minutes to 2 hours. Curing time is 2-3 hours at room temperature; heating at 80-120℃ can shorten curing to dozens of minutes. Color, hardness, viscosity, operation time and curing time can be customized according to user needs.

Precautions

1. Clean all tools used for condensation curing silicone thoroughly before using this addition curing silicone to avoid reaction.

2. Do not add color or powder randomly before testing to prevent catalyst reaction and non-curing.

3. Strictly follow the 1:1 mixing ratio; incorrect ratio will change the hardness of the finished product.

4. Platinum catalyst is used; water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, alkalis and other sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen-containing organics may affect curing, so avoid mixing or contacting these substances.
