Usage Instructions

1. Stir thoroughly: Before mixing, fully stir Component A and Component B separately in their own containers to ensure uniformity.

2. Ratio mixing: Mix Component A and Component B at a weight ratio of 1:1 strictly.

3. Defoaming (optional): After mixing, put the mixture into a vacuum container and defoam at 0.01MPa for 5 minutes before pouring.

4. Curing: Maintain the temperature specified in the technical parameter sheet during and after curing. For thick applications, extend curing time. It can be cured at room temperature (about 8 hours) or heated (80-100℃ for 20 minutes), especially recommended in winter for faster curing.

Notes

1. Clean thoroughly: Clean all tools used for condensation curing silicone before using this addition curing silicone to avoid reaction.

2. No random addition: Do not add color or powder before testing to prevent non-curing due to catalyst reaction.

3. Strict ratio: Follow the specified ratio when mixing different types of liquid silicone; incorrect ratio will change the hardness.

4. Proper storage: Store in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, avoid moisture, and do not store with water-based products.
