HONG YE SILICONE’s Architecture Decorations Molding Silicone is a high-performance Industrial mold silicone rubber tailored for architectural decoration mold making. As a key product of our company, it adopts RTV 2 Silicone Rubber technology, featuring two-component design for easy use. How to Use
1. Prepare the mold prototype: Ensure it is clean, dry, and free of oil stains; apply a release agent if necessary.
2. Mix components: Stir Component A (liquid silicone) and Component B (curing agent) in the specified ratio (10:1 or 20:1) evenly for 3-5 minutes.
3. Molding: Pour or brush the mixed silicone onto the prototype, ensuring all details are fully covered.
4. Curing: Place it in a room-temperature environment (25℃) for 4-8 hours; heating to 50℃ can shorten curing time to 1-2 hours.
5. Demolding: Gently peel off the silicone mold after full curing; the mold is ready for casting use.
