How to Use – StepbyStep Guide
1. PreMix: Stir each component (A & B) thoroughly before use to avoid uneven distribution.
2. Mix Ratio: Combine A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio. Mix for 2–3 minutes until fully homogenized.
3. Degassing: Vacuum degas for 1–2 minutes to eliminate air bubbles.
4. Pour & Cure: Pour into mold or cavity; cure at 150°C for 45 minutes.
5. PostCure: Optional extended cure (180°C, 2 hours) enhances thermal and mechanical properties.
⚠️ Do Not: Expose to UV light, high heat (>200°C), or contact with sulfur, nitrogen, tin, lead, mercury, or waterbased contaminants.
