HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is specially developed for industrial sealing and shock-absorption scenarios. It is a 2-component addition curing silicone, formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, with excellent elasticity, compression resistance and sealing performance. Its fine uniform pores ensure good air tightness and shock absorption, compatible with our industrial Mold Silicone rubber and electronic Potting Compound, ideal for industrial sealing, shock absorption and insulation.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment.
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure sealing and shock-absorption effect).
3. Pour into sealing/shock-absorption mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating.
4. After full curing, take out the product, install it into the target equipment, no additional processing required.
