Dongguan Toy Factory Extends Pad Life by 30 Percent with HY-902

Customer Background

A plastic toy factory in Dongguan produces plastic toys for export to European and American markets. Product surfaces require printing of brand logos, number codes and cartoon graphics. The factory previously used another brand of Pad Printing Silicone but faced short pad life, unstable print clarity and frequent pad replacements.

Problem Analysis

The technical manager reported that pads developed edge cracking and elasticity loss after about one week, causing ragged edges and missing ink. The 430 percent elongation allows full conformity to toy curved surfaces with good resilience and consistent printing. The team also guided the factory to optimize stirring and degassing processes.

Results

After one month, pad service life extended from one week to over ten days, an increase of approximately 30 percent. Print clarity improved significantly with sharp pattern edges. Print depth became consistent across batches, reducing quality control pressure. Daily pad replacement frequency decreased and production efficiency increased.
