How to Use — Step by Step

  1. Re-mix each component thoroughly before use so settled fillers are evenly distributed.
  2. Blend Component A and B at 1:1 weight ratio and stir for 2–3 minutes until the batch is completely uniform.
  3. Vacuum-degas the blend and use it quickly to avoid premature thickening that can interrupt production.
  4. Pour or inject into the mold, then let the material foam and cure at room temperature or with mild heating.
