HY-902 medium achieves 430 percent elongation and excellent rebound at 30 Shore A through optimized filler. HY-916 ultra soft achieves 14 Shore A and 570 percent elongation through low crosslink formula. Custom formula available for hardness, viscosity and cure speed.

Curing System

Mature condensation cure at room temperature no heating needed. Catalyst adjustable 100:2 to 100:3 based on temperature. 30 to 40 minutes operation time for stirring degassing pouring, 3 to 4 hours full curing fast pace. Low shrinkage stable dimensions. Unique catalyst formula good compatibility no uneven curing or sticky surface.
