The upgraded material abandons perfluorinated additives and retains stable performance under -40℃~250℃, suitable for auto engine gaskets and industrial anti-corrosion sealing parts.
 
North American auto component buyers have started sample testing in batches, replacing imported fluorosilicone from European and Japanese brands. Compared with overseas alternatives, domestic PFAS-free fluorosilicone has a 20% cost advantage and full third-party PFAS negative test reports.
 
Market analysts believe this new material will become a core competitive product for silicone factories exporting to the US, and its market demand will grow rapidly in the second half of 2026.
