A European silicone developer has launched a primer-free self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber formulated for food-contact kitchen appliances and food machinery seals. This platinum-cured grade sticks securely to PBT, PPS and PP during injection molding, removing separate surface treatment or adhesive coating steps. It maintains FDA and LFGB food contact compliance, stable tear strength, and resistance to repeated hot water and steam cycles.
