HONG YE JIE’s liquid insole Mold Silicone is a professional twocomponent additioncure silicone rubber, optimized for footwear insole mold manufacturing. It supports room/heat curing with effortless operation, boasting FDA foodgrade safety, 60°C~250°C temperature resistance, high tensile & tear resistance, and shrinkagefree deep curing. Customizable in color, operating/curing time, it’s certified by ISO9001/CE/UL, integrating our core strengths in moldmaking silicone rubber, additioncuring RTV silicone rubber and Liquid silicone rubber, trusted by global footwear manufacturers for highprecision, longlasting insole molds.
Product Overview
This insole moldspecific liquid silicone is composed of flowable A/B two components, a core product of HONG YE SILICONE’s mold silicone series with 20+ years of manufacturing expertise. It cures into a durable elastic body without shrinkage, unaffected by mold thickness, featuring excellent fluidity for easy pouring of complex insole textures (arch support, massage dots) and precise shape replication. Suitable for both smallbatch custom insole mold production and largescale footwear manufacturing, it adheres to our standardized production system, matching the quality of our HTV silicone rubber and solid silicone rubber, providing onestop mold silicone solutions for footwear industry customers.

Product Features & Advantages
1. ShrinkageFree Precision: Realizes deep curing without thickness limit, ensuring insole molds retain accurate dimensions and fine textures, no deformation after multiple uses.
2. SkinFriendly Safety: FDA foodgrade certified, nontoxic and odorless, perfect for insole molds that contact human skin for a long time, meeting footwear safety standards.
3. Easy Operation: Good fluidity for smooth pouring, compatible with room/heat curing, simple process suitable for both professional factories and small workshops.
4. Durable & CostEffective: High tensile and tear resistance, high mold turnover rate and long service life, reducing mold replacement cost for customers.
5. Strict Quality Control: Produced by standardized production lines, with preproduction sample testing and preshipment final inspection, consistent with ISO9001 quality system.
How to Use
1. Prepare the insole mold prototype and mold frame, clean and dry the prototype to remove dust and oil stains;
2. Mix component A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio, stir thoroughly for 2~3 minutes until the mixture is uniform in color;
3. Perform vacuum defoaming on the mixed silicone for 2~5 minutes (adjust time according to viscosity and weight);
4. Pour the defoamed silicone evenly into the mold frame, avoid air bubbles at the texture details of the insole prototype;
5. Cure at room temperature for 4~5 hours or heat at 80~120°C for 30~60 minutes until fully solidified;
6. Gently demold and trim the excess silicone to get the finished insole mold.
Production Process
1. Select highpurity silicone oil and additives as raw materials, conduct strict quality testing of raw materials;
2. Precision mixing of raw materials according to the formula, temperaturecontrolled reaction in professional equipment;
3. Separate filling of the prepared silicone into A and B component packaging;
4. Carry out performance testing (hardness, tear strength) on the finished product, and eliminate unqualified products;
5. Vacuum sealing packaging, and attach product specifications and use instructions.
FAQ
1. Can this silicone be used for orthopedic insole mold making?
Yes, it has high precision and good shape retention, suitable for the production of orthopedic custom insole molds with complex structures.
2. How many times can the insole mold made of this silicone be reused?
Under proper storage and use, the mold can be reused more than 500 times, with excellent durability.
3. Is vacuum defoaming a necessary step?
It is recommended for insole molds with fine textures to avoid air bubbles and ensure mold precision; simple shape molds can be appropriately omitted.
4. Can the curing time be shortened further?
Yes, the curing time can be customized according to customer needs, and the curing speed can also be accelerated by increasing the curing temperature properly.
5. What is the storage requirement for the unopened silicone?
Seal and store indoors at room temperature, avoid sun exposure and rain, and the shelf life is 10 months.
