Based on advanced platinum-catalyzed technology, this Liquid silicone rubber delivers near-zero shrinkage, outstanding tear resistance, and food-safe curing — properties that set it apart from conventional condensation-cure systems.

With 20 Shore A hardness, this formulation strikes the optimal balance between flexibility for easy demolding and rigidity for dimensional stability. The viscosity range of 16000-20000 cps ensures excellent flow properties that capture every surface detail while minimizing air entrapment during pouring.

EPS decorative molding, exterior insulation panels, and foam shapes. The 20A hardness provides the ideal combination of flow and strength for EPS & foam decoration work.

Operating Guide

Step 1 — Pattern Preparation
Clean master pattern. For porous originals, apply 2-3 coats of shellac or PVA sealer. For non-porous patterns, apply petroleum jelly or release agent.

Step 2 — Mold Box Construction
Build rigid containment box with 3-5cm clearance on all sides. Seal all joints to prevent leaks.

Step 3 — Weighing & Mixing
Weigh Part A and Part B according to chosen ratio (1:1 or 10:1). Stir gently but thoroughly in ONE direction for 3-5 minutes.

Step 4 — Vacuum Degassing
Pull vacuum to -0.095 MPa. Hold for 2-3 minutes until bubbling stops.

Step 5 — Pouring
Pour in thin, steady stream from lowest point. Allow silicone to flow naturally.

Step 6 — Curing
Allow 4-5 hours at 25°C. For faster turnaround, cure at 60°C for 2 hours.

Step 7 — Demolding & Inspection
Carefully separate mold from pattern. Inspect for bubbles or defects.

Step 8 — Post-Cure & First Use
Allow 12-24 hours rest before first production use.
