Product Overview
This Plaster Molding Silicone Rubber is a white flowable liquid silicone, specially developed for plaster mold duplication and precision mold fabrication. It is available in two curing systems: platinum cure RTV and tin cure silicone, both belonging to two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone. With ultra-low shrinkage (even lower than 2‰), excellent tensile/tear strength and long-term stability, it is one of the most widely used products in craft gift production, suitable for both large-size plaster products and fine-pattern precision molds.

Product Features & Advantages
Ultra-low shrinkage (≤2‰) ensures high mold precision and consistent plaster product replication. High tensile and tear strength, durable and reusable for multiple times, reducing mold replacement costs. High temperature and chemical resistance, stable performance in various working environments. Two curing options (platinum/tin cure) to meet different budget and precision needs. Excellent fluidity and operational flexibility, easy to mold and demold. Adjustable curing speed via 2-5% curing agent ratio, adapting to different production rhythms. Compared to competitors, it has lower shrinkage and higher reusability, perfectly fitting plaster mold scenarios.
How to Use the Product
Step 1: Choose appropriate hardness: high-hardness RTV mold silicone for large products/molds; low-hardness for fine, precision-pattern molds. Step 2: Add 2-5% curing agent (Part B) to Part A, adjust ratio based on needs (1%: 2.5h operation, 6-8h demold; 2%: 50min-1h operation, 2-3h demold; 3%: 28-30min operation, 1.5-2h demold; 4%: 10-15min operation, 1-1.5h demold).
Step 3: Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly for uniform consistency.
Step 4: Pour or apply the mixture to the original mold, ensuring full coverage of details.
Step 5: Demold after the specified time, then use the mold for plaster product duplication.
Application Scenarios
Widely used for mold duplication of ornamental plaster products and decorations, including plaster cornice, plaster ceilings, plaster ceiling rose, ceiling rings and more. Also suitable for fabrication of precision molds. As Industrial mold silicone rubber, it serves craft workshops, plaster decoration factories, mold manufacturers and gift production enterprises. It helps buyers improve mold precision, reduce material waste, extend mold service life and boost production efficiency.
Certifications and Compliance
Complies with ISO 9001 quality management system and CE industrial standards, ensuring stable performance and safe operation. Meets international chemical transportation and import regulations, with vacuum packaging supporting cross-border bulk procurement. All formulas are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, suitable for long-term industrial and craft use.
Customization Options
Supports hardness customization (high/low) for large products or precision patterns. Adjusts curing speed via curing agent ratio to fit production needs. Offers two curing system options (platinum/tin cure) for different budget and precision requirements. Provides flexible packaging specifications (1kg to 200kg) for small test orders or bulk purchases. Vacuum packaging customization is available.
Production Process
Adopts high-purity Silicone raw materials, undergoes precise proportioning of Part A and Part B, closed-loop mixing, multi-index testing (shrinkage, tensile strength, fluidity), and vacuum-sealed packaging. Each batch is strictly inspected to ensure ultra-low shrinkage and stable performance, with mature production lines guaranteeing on-time delivery for small-batch and bulk orders.
