Product Overview
This Plaster Molding Silicone Rubber is a white flowable liquid silicone , specifically developed for plaster mold duplication and precision mold manufacturing. It offers two reliable curing systems—platinum cure RTV and tin cure silicone—both belonging to two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone. With shrinkage as low as ≤2‰, superior tensile/tear strength and long-term performance stability, it is widely used in craft gift production, perfectly suitable for both large-scale plaster products and fine-pattern precision molds.

Product Features & Advantages
Ultra-low shrinkage (≤2‰) ensures high mold precision, achieving consistent and accurate replication of plaster decorations. High tensile and tear strength enhances mold durability, enabling multiple reuses and reducing mold replacement costs. High temperature and chemical resistance ensure stable performance in various industrial and craft working conditions. Dual curing system options (platinum/tin cure) meet different precision requirements and budget needs of buyers. Excellent fluidity and operational flexibility make molding and demolding convenient, even for complex and delicate patterns. Curing speed is adjustable via 2-5% curing agent ratio, adapting to different production schedules. Compared with competitors, it has better plaster mold adaptability, lower shrinkage and higher reusability.
How to Use the Product
Step 1: Choose the appropriate hardness: high-hardness RTV mold silicone is suitable for large products or molds; low-hardness silicone is ideal for fine, precision-pattern molds.
Step 2: Add 2-5% curing agent (Part B) to Part A, adjust the ratio according to production needs (1%: 2.5h operation time, 6-8h demolding; 2%: 50min-1h operation, 2-3h demolding; 3%: 28-30min operation, 1.5-2h demolding; 4%: 10-15min operation, 1-1.5h demolding).
Step 3: Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly to ensure uniform consistency.
Step 4: Pour or brush the mixed silicone onto the original mold, making sure all details are fully covered.
Step 5: Demold after the specified time, then use the mold for plaster product duplication.
Application Scenarios
Widely used for mold duplication of ornamental plaster products and decorations, including plaster cornice, plaster ceilings, plaster ceiling rose, ceiling rings and other plaster crafts. It is also applicable for manufacturing precision molds. As high-quality Industrial mold silicone rubber, it serves craft workshops, plaster decoration factories, mold manufacturers and gift production enterprises. It helps buyers improve mold precision, reduce material waste, extend mold service life and enhance overall production efficiency.
Certifications and Compliance
Complies with ISO 9001 quality management system and CE industrial standards, ensuring stable product performance and safe operation. Meets international chemical transportation and import regulations, and vacuum packaging supports smooth cross-border bulk procurement. All formulas are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, suitable for long-term industrial and craft applications.
Customization Options
Supports hardness customization (high/low) to adapt to large products or precision-pattern molds. Adjusts curing speed through curing agent ratio to match specific production rhythms. Provides two curing system options (platinum/tin cure) to meet different budget and precision requirements. Offers flexible packaging specifications (1kg to 200kg) for small test orders or large bulk purchases. Vacuum packaging customization is also available.
Production Process
Adopts high-purity Silicone raw materials, undergoes precise proportioning of Part A and Part B, closed-loop mixing, multi-index performance testing (shrinkage, tensile strength, fluidity) and vacuum-sealed packaging. Each batch is strictly inspected to ensure ultra-low shrinkage and stable performance, and mature production lines guarantee on-time delivery for both small-batch and bulk orders.
