Step-by-Step Usage Instructions:

Vacuum degassing (optional): Place mixed material in vacuum chamber at 0.08MPa for 3-5 minutes to eliminate air bubbles for denser foam quality.
Pouring and curing: Pour into mold or target cavity. Room temperature curing takes 24 hours for full cure; heated curing at 80-100℃ takes 10-15 minutes for initial set. Closed mold foaming yields better results.
