Product Overview
Our Electronic Potting Silicone, also called Silicone Potting Compound or Electronic Encapsulation Adhesive, is a high-performance protective material specially developed for smart grid sensors. It is a versatile potting material that cures into a stable elastomer after mixing with a curing agent, providing comprehensive sealing, insulation and protection for smart grid sensor components. As an experienced RTV 2 Silicone Rubber manufacturer with over 15 years of export experience, HONG YE SILICONE integrates R&D and production, ensuring this potting silicone meets the strict precision and stability requirements of smart grid systems. Technical Specifications
This Electronic Potting Silicone is available in Addition Curing Silicone and condensation curing silicone. It features wide temperature resistance (-60℃ to 220℃), excellent insulation performance, and strong adhesion to metals (aluminum, copper, stainless steel) and PCB boards. Key parameters including hardness, viscosity and operation time can be customized according to customer needs to match different smart grid sensor application scenarios. Product Features & Advantages
- Excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-corrosion and insulation performance, adapting to outdoor and complex smart grid environments. - Superior thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, ensuring stable operation of smart grid sensors under long-term continuous work. - Wide temperature resistance (-60℃ to 220℃), absorbing thermal cycle stress to protect sensor chips and welding wires. - Low volatility, high mechanical strength and strong adhesion, ensuring firm sealing and long service life. - Resists ozone and chemical erosion, with strong shock resistance, suitable for smart grid outdoor installation scenarios. - Available in addition and condensation curing types, more flexible than ordinary Electronic Potting Compound. - Strict quality control, produced by our factory with 20 production lines, ensuring stable batch consistency. How to Use
1. Before mixing, fully stir Part A to evenly distribute settled fillers, and shake Part B thoroughly to ensure uniformity. 2. Mix Part A and Part B according to the specified weight ratio for stable curing effect. 3. Degas if needed: put the mixed silicone into a vacuum container, degas at 0.01MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into sensors. 4. Cure at room temperature or by heating; basic curing completes before the next process, and full curing takes 24 hours (environment temperature and humidity affect curing effect).
