How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting fluidity and casting performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 1-2 minutes until homogeneous (low viscosity, shorten mixing time appropriately), vacuum degas to remove air bubbles.
3. Pour the low-viscosity mixture into complex mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), let it flow naturally to fill the mold, foam and cure at room temperature or by heating.
4. After full curing, demold easily, the product is intact, no dead corners, meeting complex component requirements.
