HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is an anti-abrasion core product, specially developed for high-wear, frequent friction and high-load scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with wear-resistant components (silica, ceramic powder), featuring ultra-low abrasion loss, anti-abrasion, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and wear stability. It has an abrasion loss of ≤0.02 g/cm², can withstand long-term frequent friction and high load, no easy wear, no deformation, service life is 3-5 times that of traditional foaming silicone. Compatible with most of our industrial and robot products, it is ideal for industrial machinery, robot and automotive high-wear scenarios.​

How to Use​
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting wear-resistant performance).​
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure wear-resistant uniformity and dense closed-cell structure).​
3. Pour the mixture into high-wear component mold (paired with robot silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating.​
4. After full curing, the product has excellent anti-abrasion and wear-resistant performance, ready for use in high-wear and frequent friction scenarios.​
