HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam) is a high adhesion core product, specially developed for multi-substrate bonding, sealing and composite scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with high-adhesion modifiers, featuring ultra-high adhesion strength, broad substrate compatibility, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and adhesion stability. How to Use​
1. Clean the substrate surface (metal, plastic, etc.) to remove oil, dust and impurities, ensure surface dry and clean (avoid affecting adhesion performance).​
2. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, then mix and stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until homogeneous.​
3. Apply the mixture to the substrate surface, bond the target components, then foam and cure at room temperature or by heating.​
4. After full curing, the product forms a firm bond with the substrate, no delamination, ready for use in bonding and sealing scenarios.​
