HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is an oil-resistant grease-resistant core product, specially developed for oil-exposed, grease-contacted and lubricating scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with oil-resistant additives and grease-resistant modifiers, featuring strong resistance to common oils and greases, no swelling, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and oil stability. It can withstand long-term contact with mineral oil, vegetable oil and lubricating oil, no swelling, no performance degradation, effectively solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ easy swelling and performance loss in oil-exposed scenarios. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting oil and grease resistance performance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure oil resistance uniformity and closed-cell structure).
3. Pour the mixture into oil-resistant component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating.
4. After full curing, the product has excellent oil and grease resistance, no swelling, ready for use in oil-exposed and grease-contacted scenarios.
