HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a flame retardant fire-resistant core product, specially developed for flame-retardant, fire-proof and high-temperature fire-risk environments. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with flame-retardant additives and fire-resistant modifiers, featuring UL94 V-0 level flame retardancy, self-extinguishing, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and fire-resistant stability. It meets the UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, extinguishes within 3 seconds without dripping or toxic fumes, effectively preventing fire spread and reducing fire damage, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ flammability in fire-risk scenarios. How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting flame retardancy and fire resistance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure flame retardancy uniformity and closed-cell structure).
3. Pour the mixture into flame-retardant component mold (paired with electronic potting compound), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating.
