HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a high pressure-resistant compression-stable core product, specially developed for high-pressure, compression-required and high-load scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with pressure-resistant fillers and compression stabilizers, featuring ultra-high pressure resistance, compression stability, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and pressure stability. It has a compressive strength of ≥5 MPa and compression set of ≤5% at 150℃ for 22h, can withstand high pressure and long-term compression, no deformation, effectively solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ poor pressure resistance in high-pressure scenarios. Compatible with most of our industrial and aerospace products, it is ideal for high-pressure components, compression-stable buffers and high-load scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting pressure resistance and compression stability).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure pressure resistance uniformity and closed-cell structure).
3. Pour the mixture into high-pressure component mold (paired with industrial mold silicone rubber), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating for better pressure resistance.
4. After full curing, the product has excellent pressure resistance and compression stability, ready for use in high-pressure and compression-required scenarios.
