HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Foamed Silicone (Foaming Silicone Rubber, Silicone Foam ) is a low-volatility low outgassing core product, specially developed for high-vacuum environments, electronic equipment and low-volatility scenarios. As a 2-component addition curing silicone, it is formed by chemical foaming of flowable Part A and Part B, formulated with low-volatility raw materials and anti-outgassing agents, featuring ultra-low volatility, low outgassing, fine uniform closed-cell structure, good elasticity and volatility stability. It has a volatility of ≤0.5%, no harmful volatiles, low outgassing, effectively avoiding contamination of surrounding components, solving the problem of traditional foaming materials’ high outgassing in high-vacuum scenarios. Compatible with most of our electronic and high-vacuum products, it is ideal for low-volatility components, low-outgassing buffers and high-vacuum scenarios.

How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting volatility and low outgassing).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure low volatility uniformity and closed-cell structure, avoid volatile accumulation).
3. Pour the mixture into low-volatility component mold (paired with electronic potting compound), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps reduce residual volatiles).
4. After full curing, the product has low volatility and low outgassing, ready for use in high-vacuum and electronic equipment scenarios.
