How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately in a dust-free environment to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting transparency and clarity).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform transparency and closed-cell structure, no light scattering).
3. Pour the mixture into transparent component mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance transparency stability).
4. After full curing, test light transmittance (≥85%) to confirm qualification, then use in transparent and optical scenarios.
