How to Use
1. Take Part A and Part B according to 1:1 weight ratio, stir separately in a radiation-shielded environment to eliminate sediment, ensure no impurities (avoid affecting radiation resistance).
2. Mix and stir thoroughly for 3 minutes until homogeneous, vacuum degas to remove air bubbles (ensure uniform radiation resistance and closed-cell structure, no radiation penetration).
3. Pour the mixture into radiation-resistant component mold (paired with high-precision mold silicone), foam and cure at room temperature or by heating (heating helps enhance radiation stability).
4. After full curing, conduct radiation test (≤100 kGy, no performance degradation) to confirm qualification, then use in radiation-resistant scenarios.
