HongYe silicone rubber.This Ultra-Thin product is a high-performance Addition Curing Silicone, also categorized as RTV Silicone Foam for precision electronic assembly. Formulated with high-purity liquid silicone, the finished Foam Silicone features ultra-thin structure, stable density and excellent insulation. With adjustable foaming ratio of 2~7 times, the lightweight Foamed Silicone is widely used for circuit board gaskets, micro component buffer layers and thin-type sealing parts. It works perfectly with professional Mold Silicone to produce slim electronic accessories and reduce product assembly defects.
 
Product Overview
This ultra-thin Foaming Silicone Rubber is developed specially for miniaturized electronic products. After mixing and heating vulcanization, it forms delicate and uniform Silicone Sponge with controllable thickness. Different from conventional thick foaming materials, this material retains all advantages of standard RTV Silicone Foam , and its good fluidity makes it ideal for filling tiny gaps inside precision devices. It is a mainstream raw material matched with various electronic production molds.

Step-by-Step Usage Instructions

Proportion mixing: Blend materials at 1:1 ratio and stir fully for 2-3 minutes to activate curing properties.
Vacuum defoaming: Remove micro air bubbles to guarantee the uniformity of final Foamed Silicone.
Heating curing: Place into molds made by Mold Silicone and heat to complete foaming and shaping.
 
Application Scenarios
It is mainly applied to PCB board sealing gaskets, miniature sensor buffer pads and thin electronic equipment shockproof layers. The ultra-thin RTV Silicone Foam can be processed into various slim accessories, greatly improving the assembly precision and service life of precision electronics.
