HONG YE SILICONE’s Premium Quality Human Body Silicone is a high-performance addition curing silicone, also known as realistic human silicone, solid silicone or flesh-colored silicone for its skin-matching tone. Composed of two flowable liquid silicone components (A and B), it can cure at room temperature or be rapidly cured by heating. After vulcanization, it becomes a soft, elastic material with skin-like texture, non-deformation and long service life, serving as the first choice for high-quality flexible silicone rubber products.

How to Use

Step 1: Mix component A and component B evenly at a 1:1 ratio. Step 2: Conduct vacuum defoaming on the mixed liquid silicone to remove air bubbles. Step 3: Pour the defoamed silicone into the target mold. Step 4: Cure at room temperature for 2-3 hours, or heat at 80-120℃ to speed up curing (tens of minutes). Step 5: Demold after full curing; color can be customized according to your needs.

A3: Incorrect ratio will change product hardness; please strictly follow the 1:1 ratio. Q4: What substances affect curing? A4: Water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, alkalis and sulfur/phosphorus/nitrogen-containing organics; avoid contact. Q5: How to store the product? A5: Seal tightly, keep away from acid, alkali and impurities, shelf life is 1 year.
