HONG YE SILICONE’s HYE series skin-safe silicone is a high-end Platinum cured Mold Silicone , serving as core Silicone raw materials for prosthetic modeling (not finished prosthetics). As a RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, it consists of fluid Component A (base) and Component B (curing agent). This Addition curing silicone transforms from low-viscosity liquid to soft elastic material after curing, accurately replicating human skin’s softness, color, and touch. Its nontoxicity, low shrinkage, and excellent resilience meet strict international body-contact standards, addressing global procurement’s key concerns of accuracy and safety.

Technical Specifications

This Human body silicone adopts addition curing (platinum cure), curable at room temperature (25℃/77℉) or with heat acceleration. It has low viscosity for bubble-free application, ≤0.3% shrinkage rate, and adjustable hardness (0-20 Shore 00). Pour the mixture slowly into the mold to avoid bubbles; degas if needed for better accuracy. 4. Cure at room temperature for 4-6 hours or heat at 60℃ for 1 hour until fully elastic. 5. Demold and finish the prosthetic product to meet desired precision specifications.
