Our HYE series skin-safe silicone is a high-end Platinum cured Mold Silicone , serving as core Silicone raw materials for custom medical device modeling (not finished devices). As RTV 2 Silicone Rubber, it consists of fluid Component A (base) and Component B (curing agent). This Addition curing silicone transforms from low-viscosity liquid to soft elastic material after curing, accurately replicating human skin’s softness, color, and touch, meeting strict international medical body-contact standards to address global procurement’s key concerns of precision, safety, and custom adaptability.

Technical Specifications

This Medical Grade Body Silicone adopts platinum addition curing, curable at 25℃/77℉ (room temperature) or with heat acceleration.
