It offers excellent adhesion, thermal stability, and oil-free curing, ideal for filter potting, LCD manufacturing, and high-temperature equipment. Product Overview

Liquid Tank Silicone (Jelly Silicone Gel) is a professional two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber by HONG YE SILICONE. It delivers outstanding sealing, moisture-proofing, shock absorption, and insulation for liquid tank filters, optical electronics, LCD production, and high-temperature devices. Compatible with metals and various plastics, it is widely used as a safe, durable Filter Potting Silicone.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes.

Pour directly into liquid tank filter grooves.

Cure at room temperature for 3–8 hours or heat at 80–100℃ for 20 minutes.
