HONG YE SILICONE Electronic Potting Compound, also called Liquid Tank Silicone and Jelly Silicone Gel , is a two-component RTV silicone. It provides sealing, moisture-proof, shockproof and insulation for precision electronics, LCD manufacturing and liquid tank HEPA filters. This two-component Silicone Encapsulant (Part A: transparent; Part B: blue, customizable) offers excellent sealing and stability, ideal for liquid tank filters, electronic PCBs and high-temperature equipment sealing.

Product Features & Advantages

Our Electronic Potting Compound outperforms ordinary potting materials: excellent chemical stability, safety, high toughness and elastic recovery; weather, corrosion, waterproof and high-low temperature resistance, absorbing thermal stress without cracking. Additional advantages: low viscosity for easy pouring; room/heat curing; strong adhesion to metals/plastics; no oil leakage or curing by-products, compatible with PC, PP, ABS, PVC. We use high-quality silicone raw materials for more stable performance and flexible applications.

Technical Specifications

Two-component Addition Curing Silicone, Part A:Part B = 1:1 (weight ratio); degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes before use. Curing time: 3-8 hours (room temp), 20 minutes (80-100℃). Non-hazardous, 1-year storage (sealed, away from acid/alkali/impurities), good adhesion to aluminum, galvanized sheet, stainless steel and plastics.

How to Use

1. Stir Part A and Part B separately in their containers.

2. Mix them at 1:1 weight ratio thoroughly.

3. Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour into liquid tank filters or electronics.

4. Keep specified temperature; cure 3-8 hours at room temp, or 20 minutes at 80-100℃ (recommended in winter).
