HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is a professional two-component adhesive, also known as jelly silicone or liquid tank sealant. Composed of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable), it is safe, eco-friendly, high-tough and boasts outstanding sealing performance after curing. It is the preferred choice for sealing and potting liquid tank type high-efficiency air filters, high-efficiency air supply outlets, electronic components and power modules, integrating sealing, moisture-proof, shock-proof and insulation functions.
Technical Specifications
It is a two-component (A/B) liquid silicone with a 1:1 weight mixing ratio. Component A is transparent liquid, Component B is blue (customizable). It has low viscosity for easy pouring, and supports both room-temperature and heat curing: 3-8 hours at room temperature, 20 minutes at 80-100℃. Cured silicone has excellent chemical stability, no oil bleeding, and is compatible with PC, PP, ABS, PVC and metals like aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel. Packaging: 20KG/200KG per barrel for both A and B components; storage period: 1 year (sealed, away from acids, alkalis and impurities); transported as non-dangerous goods.

How to Use
1. Before mixing, fully stir Component A and Component B separately in their respective containers to ensure uniformity.
2. Mix Component A and Component B at a 1:1 weight ratio, and stir thoroughly.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour it directly into the aluminum tank of the liquid tank filter.
4. Keep the temperature as specified during curing: cure at room temperature for 3-8 hours; in winter, heat curing is recommended (80-100℃ for 20 minutes) to improve efficiency.
