HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone, also called Jelly Silicone Gel , Liquid Tank Sealant and liquid tank jelly glue, is a two-component (A/B) high-performance silicone. Component A is transparent, Component B is blue (customizable), safe, eco-friendly, high-tough and sealant-excellent. As core Liquid Tank Adhesive and Filter Potting Silicone, it applies to air filters, high-temperature equipment and electronics, complying with ISO9001/CE/UL, compatible with our liquid silicone , RTV 2 Silicone Rubber and Silicone raw materials.

HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone is a professional two-component (A/B) liquid adhesive for liquid tank-type high-efficiency air filters, high-temperature equipment and precision electronics. Also named jelly silicone, liquid tank sealant and liquid tank jelly glue, it consists of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). It delivers excellent sealing after curing, becoming the first choice for filters, air supply outlets and electronic potting, providing comprehensive sealing, moisture-proof, shock-proof and insulation protection with stable performance.

Low viscosity for easy pouring, dual curing: 3-8h at room temperature or 20min at 80-100℃. How to Use

1. Fully stir Component A and B separately in their containers before mixing.

2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio thoroughly to avoid uneven curing.

3. Degas mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly into filter aluminum tank.

4. Cure: 3-8h at room temperature; 80-100℃ for 20min (recommended in winter to shorten time).
