HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone Gel, also known as Jelly Gel, is a two-part addition-curing RTV silicone designed for liquid tank HEPA air filters. It offers excellent sealing, shock absorption, moisture resistance, and high & low-temperature resistance. With good adhesion to metals and plastics, it is ideal for potting, sealing and bonding in electronics, LCD manufacturing, high-temperature filters and industrial equipment.

Product Overview

Liquid Tank Silicone Gel, commonly called Jelly Gel or Liquid Tank Sealant, is a two-component (A&B) RTV silicone from HONG YE SILICONE. It cures to a soft, elastic gel with outstanding sealing performance. It is widely used in liquid tank HEPA air filters, LCD manufacturing, optical electronics, and high-temperature equipment for potting, sealing, moisture-proofing and insulation.

How to Use

Stir Part A and Part B separately before mixing.

Mix Part A and Part B at a 1:1 weight ratio.

Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for about 3 minutes.

Pour directly into the liquid tank filter frame.

Cure at room temperature for 3–8 hours, or heat at 80–100°C for 20 minutes.
