Product Overview
HONG YE SILICONE Liquid Tank Silicone (Product No.: Liquid Tank Filter Silicone) is a professional liquid silicone for industrial sealing and potting, also known as Liquid Tank Adhesive . Composed of transparent Part A and customizable blue Part B, this addition curing silicone cures into a flexible, high-tough gel with superior airtightness, making it the first choice for liquid tank HEPA filters, high-efficiency air supply devices, electronic components and power modules. It works seamlessly with our Industrial mold silicone rubber, providing one-stop industrial silicone solutions.

Product Features & Advantages
Our Liquid Tank Silicone surpasses competitors with unique strengths. As an addition curing silicone, it has excellent chemical stability, is eco-friendly and produces no by-products during curing, protecting sensitive electronics. With high toughness, moderate hardness and good elastic recovery, it absorbs thermal expansion stress without cracking, maintaining stable sealing. It is weather-resistant, corrosion-proof, waterproof and moisture-proof, remaining stable in extreme temperatures. Low viscosity enables easy pouring, with strong adhesion and no oil seepage after curing—matching our Platinum cured mold silicone’s quality for long durability and lower maintenance costs.
How to Use
1. Fully stir Part A and Part B separately in their containers (stratification does not affect performance but ensures uniform mixing).
2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio until even.
3. Degas the mixture at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour directly into the liquid tank filter’s aluminum slot.
4. Maintain specified temperature during/after curing; heat curing (80-100℃ for 20min) is recommended in winter to speed up the process.
Application Scenarios
It is mainly used for liquid tank HEPA air filters, providing sealing, moisture-proof, shock-proof and insulation protection for cleanrooms, pharmaceutical and electronic manufacturing. Also widely used in optical electronics, LCD manufacturing and precision components, it bonds well with metals/plastics for high-temperature equipment (ovens, air filters, induction cookers) bonding/sealing. This Filter Potting Silicone improves product quality, reduces waste and boosts efficiency by 15%+.
Certifications and Compliance
Produced under ISO9001 quality management system, it has CE, UL and RoHS certifications, complying with international industrial safety and environmental standards. Same as our Industrial Mold Silicone rubber, it meets global procurement requirements for smooth customs clearance.
Customization Options
We offer flexible customization for global B2B buyers—similar to our liquid silicone. Customize Part B color, adjust viscosity/hardness for different scenarios, and choose customized packaging to match bulk procurement needs.
Production Process
As a professional silicone manufacturer, we strictly control every link: high-quality Silicone raw materials selection, precise mixing/reaction and finished product testing. Consistent with our Mold Making Silicone standards, pre-production sample testing and pre-shipment full inspection ensure stable batch quality.
