As a professional Addition Curing Silicone product of HONG YE SILICONE, Liquid Tank Filter Silicone (also called Liquid Tank Adhesive , Filter Potting Silicone) consists of two components: Component A is transparent liquid, and Component B is blue (color customizable). How to Use
1. Before mixing, fully stir Component A and Component B separately in their respective containers to ensure uniformity (avoid stratification affecting performance)
2. Mix Component A and Component B at a weight ratio of 1:1, and stir evenly to ensure full integration.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove air bubbles, then pour it directly into the aluminum tank of the liquid tank filter.
4. Cure at room temperature for 3-8 hours; in winter or low-temperature environments, heating curing is recommended (80-100℃ for 20 minutes) to shorten the curing cycle.
