HONG YE SILICONE’s Liquid Tank Filter Silicone (liquid tank glue) is a professional Addition Curing Silicone product, consisting of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable). It is specially developed for sealing, moisture-proofing, shockproofing and insulation, widely used in liquid tank HEPA air filters, precision electronic components and high-temperature equipment. With stable performance, easy operation and reliable quality, it meets the standards of our Pad Printing Silicone , becoming the preferred choice for industrial sealing and potting applications.

Adopting platinum curing technology (same as our Platinum cured mold silicone): Mixing ratio (A:B) 1:1 (weight); Degassing: 0.08MPa for 3 minutes; Curing time: 3-8h at room temperature, 20min at 80-100℃; Storage life: 1 year (sealed, away from acids/alkalis); Packaging: 20KG/200KG per barrel (A&B separate); Transportation: Non-hazardous; Compatibility: Aluminum, galvanized steel, PC, PP, ABS, PVC.

How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their containers to avoid stratification affecting performance.
2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes for full integration.
3. Degas mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour evenly into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot.
4. Cure 3-8h at 25℃; heat cure (80-100℃ for 20min) in low temperatures for complete curing.
