Our Liquid Tank Silicone is composed of transparent Component A and blue Component B (color customizable), designed to provide reliable sealing, moisture-proofing, shockproofing and insulation. Unlike ordinary Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber, it has strong compatibility with aluminum, galvanized steel, PC, PP, ABS and PVC, making it the first choice for liquid tank type HEPA air filters, optical electronics, LCD manufacturing and high-temperature equipment. How to Use
1. Stir Component A and B separately in their own containers to avoid stratification and ensure uniformity.
2. Mix A and B at a 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform.
3. Degas the mixed glue at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove air bubbles, then pour it evenly into the liquid tank filter aluminum slot.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; in low-temperature environments, heat curing at 80-100℃ for 20min is recommended for full curing.
