HONG YE SILICONE’s Electronic Potting Silicone is a high-performance two-component RTV 2 Silicone Rubber , also known as Electronic Potting Compound, Silicone Potting Compound and Thermally Conductive Potting Compound. Made of high-purity Silicone raw materials with Platinum cured mold silicone technology, this Addition Curing Silicone offers superior insulation and high-temperature resistance, outperforming Condensation Curing Silicone Mold Rubber. It meets the quality standards of our Industrial mold silicone rubber and Pad Printing Silicone , providing reliable protection for high-end electronics and high-temperature equipment.

Our Electronic Potting Silicone, also called Liquid Tank Silicone and Silicone Encapsulant , is a high-performance encapsulant for high-end applications. Transparent Part A and blue Part B (color customizable) form a two-component system with excellent insulation, high-temperature resistance and moisture-proof performance. Consistent with our Industrial Mold Silicone rubber in quality, it is ideal for high-end electronic circuit boards, power modules, high-temperature ovens and induction cookers that require strict protection.

How to Use
1. Stir Part A and Part B separately to ensure uniform insulation and high-temperature performance.
2. Mix A and B at 1:1 weight ratio, stirring thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
3. Degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes, then pour gently into high-end components or high-temperature equipment slots.
4. Cure at 25℃ for 3-8h; heating curing (80-100℃, 20min) enhances high-temperature resistance.
