This dual-component Liquid Tank Sealant is professionally optimized for bubble-free molding. Ordinary potting silicone easily generates micro air bubbles during pouring, leading to filter air leakage and reduced filtration efficiency. Our upgraded formula combines low viscosity and high defoaming efficiency to achieve full-density flawless sealing for liquid tank filter structures.

Operation Steps

1. Evenly stir Part A and Part B to eliminate sediment;

2. Mix strictly at 1:1 weight ratio;

3. Vacuum defoam for 3 minutes to remove all tiny bubbles;

4. Cure via room temperature or high-temperature process for dense molding.
