HONG YE SILICONE anti-corrosion Liquid Tank Silicone is professionally formulated for industrial workshops with chemical vapor, oil mist and corrosive pollutants. As a high-performance Filter Potting Silicone, it features stable chemical inertness and will not be eroded or degraded by industrial corrosive substances. With a standard 1:1 mixing ratio of transparent Part A and customizable colored Part B, thissilicone Potting Compound solves the common problem of ordinary sealant peeling, aging and leakage caused by long-term chemical corrosion, greatly extending filter service life in harsh working conditions.

Operation Guide

Stir Part A and Part B separately to eliminate liquid stratification. Mix the two components strictly at 1:1 weight ratio and stir evenly. Conduct vacuum defoaming at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes to remove micro bubbles. Pour the mixed gel into the filter liquid tank, cure 3–8 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes at 80–100℃ for fast molding.
