Made of high-purity Addition Curing Silicone, it features dust blocking, high airtightness and stable elasticity. This industrial sealing material effectively prevents fine dust penetration, ensuring long-term purification efficiency for cleanroom filters and precision air filtration equipment.

Product Overview

Our flexible Jelly Silicone Gel is specially developed to solve micro-dust leakage and gap penetration issues of traditional filter sealants. With a standard 1:1 mixing ratio and dual curing modes, it forms a dense and elastic protective layer after vulcanization. It maintains stable sealing performance in long-term continuous operation, greatly improving the filtering accuracy of industrial liquid tank filters.

Product Features

This high-performance Potting Compound delivers ultra-dense molecular structure that blocks micro dust and fine particles effectively. It features excellent weather resistance, no aging, hardening or shrinking under long-term indoor and industrial working conditions. The soft and tough colloid absorbs minor structural vibrations to keep gaps completely sealed all the time.

Operation Guide

Stir Part A and Part B separately to eliminate liquid stratification caused by long storage. Mix the two components evenly at a strict 1:1 weight ratio. Perform vacuum defoaming for 3 minutes under 0.08MPa. Pour the processed Liquid Tank Adhesive into filter aluminum tank grooves for full curing.
