The compact molecular structure effectively blocks the penetration of sebum and grease. Even after thousands of times of hand contact and repeated wiping, no deep oil stain will remain on the silicone surface, and the bionic skin keeps clean and bright for a long time. The hardness range is adjustable from 0A to 30A. Ultra-soft grades are available for facial and fingertip thin skin, while medium-soft grades fit wrist and elbow joint outer layers. Various human skin tones can be precisely color-matched to meet the bionic appearance requirements of different robot models.

The material has excellent molding adaptability. Moderate fluidity supports vacuum pouring for integrated forming, and also fits manual brush coating to produce ultra-thin curved skin, effectively reducing bubble and wrinkling defects. Adopting platinum addition curing technology, the formula contains no harmful substances and meets strict human skin contact safety standards. Apart from robot skin silicone, Hong Ye Jie provides a full set of supporting materials including silicone rubber, RTV silicone and Foam Silicone, so customers can finish all bionic material procurement in one stop.
