Flame-Retardant V0 Bionic Silicone for Public Robot Skin

This product reaches UL94 V0 flame retardancy. Once ignited, it self-extinguishes immediately after the flame is removed, without dripping. During combustion it produces low smoke and no corrosive toxic gas, which is critical for evacuation in crowded public spaces. At the same time, the material provides good electrical insulation, acting as a protective layer that reduces short-circuit and leakage risks between embedded circuits and the outer skin.

Unlike early flame-retardant silicones that were hard, brittle and easy to crack, Hong Ye Jie uses an optimized flame-retardant system that does not compromise bionic softness. The cured skin remains soft and realistic, with hardness adjustable from 0A to 25A, supporting both vacuum pouring for large shells and thin brush coating for facial and fingertip parts.

The formula meets RoHS and REACH environmental standards. Besides robot skin silicone, Hong Ye Jie supplies silicone rubber, RTV silicone, Foam Silicone and liquid silicone rubber for one-stop sourcing.
