Hongye Silicone Launches HY-933 Addition Cure Pad Silicone

HY-933 is 34 Shore A, slightly harder than condensation types for fine detailed work. Viscosity is 18000 mPa.s for easy pouring. Tensile strength is 3.0MPa, tear strength 8kN per m, elongation 350 percent. The standout feature is linear shrinkage under 0.1 percent, meaning cured pad heads hold their exact dimensions for consistent precision printing.

The condensation models mix at 100:2 to 100:3 and cure in 3 to 4 hours. HY-933 addition cure mixes at 9:1, operates for 10 to 20 minutes, and cures in 2 to 4 hours. It resists tin sulfur amine contamination and is odorless and eco friendly. White and red colors are available.
